Description / Model Ship in a Bottle

If you’re a fan of Charles Darwin and his voyages of discovery, then you might also enjoy this bottled boat, which reminds us of HMS Beagle.

It was while on board this British navy ship between 1831 and 1836 that Darwin recorded the wildlife he encountered in South America and Australia, observations that laid the groundwork for his theory of evolution by natural selection.

This vessel inside a vessel comes with its sails fully raised and a Union flag flying from the mast, and rests on an orange, resin stand.
