Audubon American Flamingo trinket tray

John James Audubon was an ornithologist, naturalist and painter, best known for his pioneering colour-plate book, The Birds of America.

This sketch shows the American flamingo bending near water. Audubon noted its flight and behavioural patterns, including the bird's extreme caution and its tendency to fly low over water and high over land.

This trinket tray makes an ideal gift for bird and art lovers.
