Natural History Museum buildings at South Kensington and Tring and nhmshop.co.uk are closed to the public but nhm.ac.uk remains open for all to enjoy.

After careful consideration we’ve decided to temporarily close our online shop. We have already closed our South Kensington operations, and in order to limit the spread of the COVID -19 pandemic we will no longer be asking our external partners to fulfil orders.

If you have placed an order with us that has not yet been processed, we will be in contact. If you'd like a refund we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible, but unfortunately there may be some refunds we may not be able to process before the Museum reopens. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We currently expect to reopen in the early summer but until then we will continue online with our mission to create advocates for the planet so that in the future both people and the planet thrive.

We look forward to welcoming you back and bringing you gifts inspired by the natural world when we reopen.
