To avoid overcrowding, all tickets are timed. Please arrive 20 minutes before your selected time slot, particularly at peak times. Please ensure you can attend the event at the time you are booking and allow plenty of time to travel through the Museum. Bookings cannot be changed once completed. Customers who arrive late may be refused entry.

Tickets are delivered in electronic format only. No paper tickets are delivered by post.
You can book tickets up to 1 day before the day you want to visit.
Museum Members can visit exhibitions at any time without purchasing a ticket and are allocated 10 guest passes for non-member family and friends per year.
