About Online Ticketing

E-ticket purchases

Buying tickets through the Natural History Museum’s online ticketing service is secure and convenient.

First, choose the event or exhibition that you’d like to attend and then select the date and time that you would like to visit (Museum Members may visit at any time without the need to purchase a ticket). Only times when tickets are available will be displayed.

Next choose the number of tickets and which type of ticket you need and then make your payment by your selected payment card.

An email will be sent to you to confirm your purchase. This will contain a link you can follow to view your e-tickets and print them off. Alternatively tickets can be viewed and printed by logging on to the shopping area of the Museum’s website and clicking on My account.

Please note, tickets are delivered in electronic format only. No paper tickets are delivered by post. It is not possible to book tickets by phone.

When you attend the event you’ve booked, you must present your e-tickets together with the payment card used to purchase them to the staff at the door.

Remember that Museum Members may visit exhibitions at any time without purchasing a ticket, and are also allocated 10 guest passes for non-member family and friends per year.
