Prints on demand - delivery information
The last day for ordering prints on demand in time for Christmas is 9 December. After this date you can still order prints but we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
Prints on demand are shipped from a separate warehouse to other Museum products, so they incur a separate delivery cost. If you have both print on demand products and other retail products in your basket, you will notice two separate delivery costs.
Delivery of framed prints on demand can take up to 21 days within the UK and up to 30 days for international destinations. Unframed prints may take up to 10 days within the UK and 21 days for international destinations.

Charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to weight, size and destination. Surcharges are applied where the product weight exceeds certain limits, for example for framed prints.
Packaging
Unframed prints are rolled and packed in heavy-duty cardboard tubes, and framed prints are packed in bubble-wrap and boxed.
Courier information
The delivery service for prints on demand is fully traceable and insured.
