Prints on demand

Please note, prints on demand are shipped from a separate warehouse to other products, so they may take longer than other products. Please see below for more information.

All other products

All other online orders are delivered to UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail or Parcel Force within 3 - 5 days of payment confirmation. Deliveries to the European Union and to the rest of the world take 5 - 7 working days after payment confirmation.

Please note that packages must be signed for, so please keep this in mind when specifying your order delivery address. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Returning orders

Goods may be returned for full refund up to 28 days after date of purchase, if faulty or damaged in transit.
Orders cancelled after despatch may be returned for full refund within seven working days, but must be returned by registered post with an enclosed proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of products, a refund will be issued to the customer’s credit card.
Full credit card details will be required for all refunds. These may be enclosed with the return or can be provided by phone on the above contact number.
Refunds will only be made to the credit card used to place the original order.
No credit card details are retained by the NHM online shop after use.
