Prints on demand

The last day for ordering prints on demand in time for Christmas is 8 December 2008. Prints ordered after this date are not guaranteed for delivery in time for Christmas.
The last day to order all other products in time for Christmas is 15 December 2008. Products ordered after this day are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Please note, prints on demand are shipped from a separate warehouse to other products, so they incur a separate delivery cost. If you have both print on demand products and other retail products in your basket, you will notice two separate delivery costs.

Orders for framed prints on demand can take up to 21 days for delivery within the UK and up to 30 days for international deliveries. Unframed prints may take up to 10 days within the UK and 21 days for international deliveries

All other products

All other online orders will be despatched to the UK mainland via Parcel Force within 48 hours of payment confirmation. We endeavour to deliver all orders to destinations in the European Union within a further 48 hours and to the rest of the world in five to seven days. Please note that packages need to be signed for, so please keep this in mind when filling in your order delivery address. We are also unable to deliver to any PO Box address.

Returning orders

  • Goods may be returned for full refund up to 28 days after date of purchase, if faulty or damaged in transit.
  • Orders cancelled after despatch may be returned for full refund within seven working days, but must be returned by registered post with an enclosed proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of product, refund will be issued to the customer’s credit card.
  • Full credit card details will be required for all refunds. These may be enclosed with the return or can be phoned through on the above contact number. It is advisable to return goods using registered post.
  • All refunds will be to purchasing card only.
  • No credit card details will be retained by the NHM online shop after use.
