Dendritic opal is a mottled variety of black, white and grey opal. Rutile manifests as needle-like crystals found in quartz. Rainbow moonstone is a pearlescent white crystal, and black onyx is a warm, black stone. Obsidian is a naturally occurring glass, formed from igneous rock, and is used in surgical instruments. The small grey-white flecks that occur in snowflake obsidian are called spherulites.

Please note, due to the natural minerals in this product there may be some variation between the product depicted on the website and the piece that is dispatched to you.
